The 15th season of the Virginia Arts Festival starts this month and will run through June. Groups from Cuba, England and Spain will perform at various venues around the Hampton Roads area. The 2010 Harbor Fest is this weekend, June 11-13. It’s FREE and open to the public. There’s always great live entertainment, a fireworks display, good food, and more.
